Moral Imagination

When we believe that the only way to succeed is by acting unethically, we create a false dichotomy between ethical behavior and success. Moral Imagination is the ability to think outside the box in order to be ethical and successful. Ethical action can inspire others to do the same and contribute to an organization’s culture. In order to develop moral imagination we need to accept ethical problem solving as part of our duties, talk with other people about ethical problems, and show courage to act.
